Currently we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in our Eden Terrace, Auckland office. You will be in a critical role, empathising with our customers and assisting them as they get set up and find success using Preno.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Providing training and on-boarding support to Preno new customers.
  • Handling proactive outbound customer success activities for existing Preno customers.
  • Handling inbound customer support queries both technical and functional.
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, chat and video.
  • Documenting and writing as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

Ideal Skills That You’ll Have:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Customer Success Specialist who can really own the successful use of our product and be the front line responder for handling inbound customer success queries.

  • You will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in a startup and software environment.
  • You’ll be competent with technology and understand what the “Cloud” and an “API” is.
  • You’ll need to be patient and cheerful by nature, and adaptable with handling a range of different personalities that you’ll encounter.
  • The ideal candidate must have an excellent, confident telephone manner, and the ability to develop excellent customer relationships.
