Currently we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in our Eden Terrace, Auckland office. As the first hire in the marketing team you’ll get to do a bit of everything, brand, marketing and communications. This is a great opportunity for a savvy marketer with broad skills who wants to step into an existing leadership role with heaps of room to grow!

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Making all our marketing happen! You’ll have the CEO and a vCRO but this role is for someone who wants to own a full marketing function in a growth stage software startup.
  • The primary objective for marketing is generating qualified leads for our hungry sales team.
  • You’ll also have responsibility for brand, website, content, paid and owned media, social, email, automation and more!
  • You’ll run point on managing relevant external agencies and suppliers and we’ll make sure you’ve got an appropriate budget to make it all work.
  • The opportunity to step up to build and run a team over time.

Ideal Skills That You’ll Have:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager who has broadly done most things. You’ll be the swiss army knife of marketing managers!

  • You’ll have a minimum of 6+ years experience in marketing roles with at least some startup and software experience.
  • You’ll be competent with the whole marketing stack including the technology and systems that power it.
  • You’ll need to be organised and driven and be willing to do whatever it takes to shape this exciting and new role.
  • You’ll need to be awesome at writing and documentation both for internal and external audiences.
