Do I need a credit card to trial Preno?
No credit card is required to see if Preno is the right fit for your accommodation business. Trial for free with no credit card details required.
What if I’m not interested after the 7 day free trial?
Following your 7 day free trial, if you do not wish to proceed with Preno, you can simply cancel your account. On the other hand, if you wish to continue with Preno, we can have you up and running within minutes. Credit card details are not needed during the free trial period.
What counts as a ‘unit’ in pricing?
Traditionally, these are the number of rooms at your accommodation. But, depending on how your accommodation operates, you can include car parks, event spaces, campsites or even virtual connected rooms. Our dashboard allows for flexibility and customisation of how you set your units.
Do I have to sign up for a 12 month contract?
No. At Preno, we don’t believe you should be obligated to stay with Preno. Our intuitive product should keep you using Preno, not a contract. With Preno, you can cancel at any time.
Can I change the number of units later?
Yes – this is an advantage of Preno as our pricing is flexible to suit your accommodation type and number of units. If you're growing and want to add more rooms to Preno later, we can also organise this for you. If you wish to shrink the number of units at the end of your busy season, we can do this also.
Can I import data from my existing PMS?
Yes. Our team can upload all of your existing data from your previous property management system into Preno. This service makes it easier for you to get up and running and make comparisons to historical data with new data (in Preno’s automated reports). A one-off fee may apply.
Does Preno provide training?
Absolutely. Your success is our success. While Preno is easy to use and intuitive, our team provides initial training to get you onboard. More than this, we provide ongoing support, and you will have full access to a library of resources (including training videos and help articles).
How easy is it to switch to Preno?
Switching to Preno is easy and effortless. Because we designed Preno to simplify daily operations for hoteliers, no previous experience is necessary. Our team will train you, and can upload all data across from your old system. It is fast, effortless and stress-free, so you can start enjoying Preno straight away.
Does Preno integrate with channel managers & other apps?
Yes. Preno offers a channel manager as an add-on, and also integrates with leading channel managers SiteMinder and STAAH. Preno also integrates with Xero accounting software and a variety of other useful apps to help you run your accommodation business. Preno’s integrations are set up so you can simply connect with a click of a button.

How long before I open my new hotel should I set up Preno?
If you’re in the process of setting up an accommodation property, the best thing you can do to get started is set up Preno as soon as possible (even if your property isn’t ready yet). This way, you can connect to online travel agents (OTA’s), and allow guests to book ahead of time, so that your occupancy is full when you open your property.
