Do I need a credit card to start a free trial of Preno?

No. Your 7-day free trial requires no credit card and no commitment. Explore hands-on and decide when you’re ready.

What happens when my free 7-day trial ends?

Nothing — your trial simply ends. No charges, no obligations. If you’d like to continue, choose a plan and we’ll book you in to complete set up. If not, there’s nothing to cancel. Credit card details are not needed during the free trial period.

What counts as a ‘unit’ in pricing?

A unit is a bookable room or space in your property. Depending on how your accommodation operates, you can include car parks, event spaces, campsites or even virtual connected rooms. Pricing is based on the number of units you have — enter how many units you have in the spece above to see the exact monthly price for your property size. Our dashboard allows for flexibility and customisation of how you set your units.

Do I have to commit to a 12-month contract?

No. Preno is month-to-month — no annual contract required. You can pay monthly and cancel any time without penalty. If you choose to pay annually, you save 20% and can still cancel at the end of your subscription period.

Can I change the number of units later?

Yes. If your property grows or changes, you can update your unit count at any time. Your plan pricing adjusts accordingly. For example, you might open up additional rooms over your peak season.

Can I bring data from my existing PMS into Preno?

Yes. Your booking history and guest data migrates with you — we’ve done it hundreds of times. Your dedicated onboarding specialist handles the migration as part of your setup.

How long does it take to get up and running?

It depends mostly on you – your schedule and how quickly you want to move through setup. Most are fully up and running within a few weeks. Staff typically pick it up in hours, not weeks.

How easy is it to switch to Preno?
